A signed sales contract must also accompany the deposit to finalize the transaction. Intent to place a deposit does not qualify as a received deposit and no Kitten/Cat will be held whether implied or verbally stated without a deposit and a signed sales contract.
The purpose of the deposit is to insure the Purchasers intent to purchase the Kitten/Cat described in this agreement
Deposits are non refundable. In the event the Buyer changes their mind for any reason, and/or become unable to purchase the kitten, and/or neglect to complete a signed sales contract, the deposit is non refundable.
The below Kitten/Cat will be held for the Purchaser and not be sold to any other buyer regardless through 14 weeks of age. A breach of contract, either verbal, written, or through neglect or avoidance to communicate, on Purchasers part can jeopardize the chance of placing the Kitten/Cat in a new home as quickly as necessary for the development and bonding of the Kitten/Cat to its new owner. For this reason the deposit is NOT refundable, and Kitten/Cat may be placed with a new Buyer after 14 weeks of age if not paid for in full or if payment arrangements have not been made and mutually agreed upon by Seller and Purchaser.
1) Pet Quality Deposits of $200 and a signed Kitten contract are required to hold a particular kitten.
2) Show/Breeder Deposits of $500 and a signed Kitten contract are required to hold a show/breeder quality kitten.
3) Retired breeders, full payment is required to hold the Cat.
No Cat or kitten will be held, whether implied or stated without a deposit and a signed sales contract. The deposit while not refundable is however transferable to another kitten, within 1 year of date of signed contract received with the deposit.
PRICE/PAYMENT POLICY
Deposits and final payment to be made by cash, money orders or bank transfer.
For Kitten/Cats needing shipping, final payment is required at least 7 days prior to shipping/placement date. Under no circumstances will the Kitten/Cat be allowed to be placed / shipped without payment in full.
AIRLINE SHIPPING POLICY
If Kitten/Cat is to be shipped, Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping and any cost associated with delay of flight due to weather or mechanical failure that might result in kenneling. Full payment of the Kitten/Cat price and shipping costs are required prior to Kitten / Cat boarding of plane. Any additional airlines costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Airline costs are nonrefundable, and if at any time, the Kitten/Cat is returned to Seller, or an additional Kitten/Cat is used for replacement in accordance with the Heath Policy, Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs of the replacement Kitten/Cat.
